How to join: 3 options

  1. Create a Pod (4+ players) and train at a location near you.

  2. Join one of our OPEN groups located on registration page at a specific location in Brooklyn & Manhattan. (Beginner - intermediate) Age 3 & Up

  3. Private 1on1 & Semi Private (2 players) training

OUR FOCUS

FUN-DAMENTALS

We focus aggressively on having FUN while learning to play football. FUNdamentals are taught to ensure that our player develop all aspects of their game. These include dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and goalkeeping (if applicable).

BALL MASTERY

Ball Mastery is used to improve ball control, confidence, and creativity with the ball.

SPEED & AGILITY

Speed and Agility is used to improve and build speed and explosiveness on and off the ball.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength & Conditioning is used to increase muscular and over all physical endurance. We incorporate soccer specific body weight exercises that focuses on improving movement and physical performance.

MINDSET

Building positive and Mentally strong athletes to optimize self belief, confidence, and overall performance. Mindset multiplies Skillset!
